Photomatica Announces Proposed Name Change

TORONTO–(Marketwire – July 23, 2008) – Photomatica, Inc. (OTCBB: PHMA) today announced that its shareholders have approved a change in the name of Photomatica, Inc. to Secure Runway Systems Corp. The Company has distributed its Schedule 14C Information Statement to its stockholders of record. The proposed name change is part of our long term strategy that the Company’s Board of Directors has initiated to move the Company into the aviation arena with the design, development and manufacture of a leading edge airport runaway scanning system to detect Foreign Object Debris (FOD). The Company intends to focus on the aviation industry and will design, develop and market niche products in a continuing process to increase shareholder value. The effective date of the proposed name change is expected to be August 11, 2008.

The Company has changed its website to www.securerunwaysystems.com, and is in the process of changing its corporate image to reflect the name change and the change in the nature of its business.

The Company recently completed a 5-for-1 forward stock split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, and the Company now has 31,000,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
