Guy Dubois is the New CEO of gategroup

ZURICH, Switzerland, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ — Guy Dubois, 49, has been
appointed to the position of CEO of gategroup, effective Sept. 1, 2008.
Until now, Dubois has served as President of the global gategroup brand,
comprising 11 companies including Gate Gourmet, the world’s largest
independent catering and logistics provider. He will succeed David Siegel,
who will continue as the Chairman of the Board in a non-operational
capacity. Dubois, a member of the group’s management since 2003, will
continue to be based in Zurich in his new function as the CEO of gategroup.
