Forsberg, L’Esperance, and Lariviere Named Vice Presidents of Kaman Aerospace Group

BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Kaman Corp.
(Nasdaq: KAMN) today announced three executive appointments within its
Kaman Aerospace Group. These appointments are as follows: Richard C.
Forsberg, Vice President, Contracts Management; Nancy A. L’Esperance, Vice
President, Human Resources; and Alphonse J. Lariviere, Vice President,
Finance. All three report to Gregory L. Steiner, President of Kaman
Aerospace Group.
Forsberg joined Kaman Aerospace in 1986 and has held a number of
increasingly responsible positions within the contracts area. He joined the
Corporate Legal Department in 2004 and was named an Assistant Vice
President earlier this year. Rick received his bachelor’s degree from the
University of Connecticut and his J.D. from the New England Law School.
L’Esperance began her Kaman career in 1983 in the Kaman Aerospace
personnel department. She was with Aerospace until she joined the corporate
staff in 2004 as Director, Human Resources – Aerospace. She holds a
bachelor’s degree in general business from Western New England College.
Lariviere joined the Helicopters Division in July 2004, as the Vice
President, Finance. Prior to Kaman, he was with Goodrich/Coltec Industries
for seventeen years, and has held a variety of other key
financial/accounting roles since he graduated from New Hampshire College in
1981 with a B.S. in accounting. He also holds an MBA from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
Kaman Aerospace Group is the holding company for Kaman Corporation’s
aerospace segments, which include Specialty Bearings, Aerostructures,
Precision Products and Helicopters. In addition to aerospace, Kaman
Corporation conducts business in the industrial distribution market.
