Under the task, Triple-i and INDUS are providing skilled personnel to support a virtual ESD that operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, year-round. The AFNETOPS ESD is replacing base-level Network Control Center (NCC) help desks at more than 100 Air Force bases, in multiple major commands, with a single, virtual help desk serving the entire Air Force enterprise network, world-wide.
