La opción “Buscar por Precio y Horario” que ofrece AA.com permite a los clientes buscar el mejor precio disponible según el horario de viaje ideal. Los vuelos posibles se muestran en una lista con precios, de menor a mayor, correspondientes a los servicios regulares disponibles dentro de los tres días anteriores y posteriores a la fecha de partida y de regreso ingresada por el cliente. São Paulo, 6 de Fevereiro de 2009 - A GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (Bovespa: GOLL4 e NYSE: GOL), a companhia aérea brasileira de baixo custo, informa as estatísticas preliminares de tráfego relativas a Janeiro de 2009. Em comparação a Janeiro de 2008, o tráfego doméstico de passageiros (RPK) aumentou 4,1%, e a capacidade (ASK) aumentou 2,7%. No mercado doméstico, a taxa de ocupação (load factor) da GOL foi de 71% e no mercado internacional, a taxa de ocupação foi de 57%. A taxa de ocupação total do sistema GOL foi de 69% em Janeiro.
TAM adds fourth A321 to its fleet

The new aircraft will be used on two daily flights between Porto Alegre and Recife with a stop in Sao Paulo. The new A321 is the fourth of this model in operation and is configured with 220 seats.

The Brazilian LCC has just celebrated its eighth year in operation having carried 100 million passengers during that period. It currently has 40% of the domestic market in Brazil. Having incorporated Varig in 2008 the airline now serves 59 destinations with a fleet of 104 aircraft (NG 737s) and 16,000 employees. The company has five brands: GOL, Varig, Smiles, Voe Facil and GOLLOG.

The Colombian high season, which is the official Holiday Season between December 1 2008 and January 20, 2009, was the Synergy airline’s best in recent times with 1.5 million passengers carried on 16,000 flights operated. It also reported the best on time performance in Colombia with 93.6% within the country.
Aerolineas Argentinas acquires 12 NG Boeing aircraft

The airline recently acquired by the government of Argentina has ordered 12 new generation B737-700s to replace some of the aircraft former owner Grupo Marsans was planning to add to the fleet. The Minister of Planning, Julio De Vido, also announced that the subsidiary, Austral, is considering the acquisition of ERJs from Embraer.
Mexicana will begin service to former ALMA destinations in Mexico

The Mexican legacy airline is taking over the routes operated by failed Mexican LCC, Alma, which suspended service three months ago. The airline’s CEO, Manuel Borja, announced the new service will be operated by its subsidiary, Mexicana Inter which will begin the service on March 15. The new startup will employ 500 employees, many of them former Alma workers. It will be based in Guadalajara.
Colombia’s Aires has been approved to serve Fort Lauderdale from Bogota.

As the Colombian CAA approves the domestic/regional airline’s application to serve FLL from Bogota, it has also authorized 12 additional flights in Colombia. Aires already serves Aruba, Curacao, Panama and Maracaibo in Venezuela. It is expecting delivery of a B737/700 which it will use to serve FLL, and possibly other international destinations.

The Buquebus subsidiary startup airline, which has been approved by the Uruguayan CAA to serve Buenos Aires from Colonia and Salto, was denied its request for additional authority to serve Porto Alegre and Punta del Este.
