TAM maintains its investment plans in fleet additions

Brazil’s “model airline” reported plans to invest $6.9 billion through 2018 as it increases its fleet from the current level of 129 aircraft to a total of 150 by 2013. Six A320 family aircraft will be received by the end of 2009. It also announced plans to expand capacity between 8% and 20% in 2009.
