Colombia and Chile launch FTA this week

The new FTA between the two countries will have important effects on trade in 2009. Colombia’s minister of trade and tourism, Luis Guillermo Plata, announced on Friday: “the new trade agreement which was launched today will have a positive impact on business which will create jobs, development and economic growth”.
