DASSAULT AVIATION : Dassault Aviation completes the acquisition of GIMD’s stakes in Thales

PARIS–(Marketwire – May 20, 2009) – GIMD and Dassault Aviation today announced that they have completed the acquisition by Dassault Aviation of GIMD’s shares in Thales, namely 10,277,043 shares.

The transaction is based on a price of EUR 38 per share, representing a total value of about Euro 390.5 million.

The transfer of shares took place on May 20, 2009. The payment was made 50% cash / 50% on credit (repaid 1/4 after one year, 1/4 after two years).
