Colombia and the Emirates sign bilateral air agreement

Luis Guillermo Plata, Colombia’s minister of commerce, industry and tourism, announced that the bilateral agreement between the two countries will authorize up to 28 weekly flights between Bogota and Dubai, and expects the service to begin during the second half of 2009.
