AeroRepublica reports on time and level of complaints performance

The Colombian subsidiary of Copa Airlines, has reported the Civil Aviation Authority’s record of on time performance in the month of June at 95% – one of the best in the country. The CAA also reports that the airline had the lowest level of complaints, eight for every 100,000 passengers, while the industry average in Colombia is 15.
