Peru to create a new flagship airline

The Congressional Committee on Transportation and Commerce has approved the law to create a new Peruvian national carrier. 70% of the shares will be acquired by regional governments and 30% by a private investor. Aerolineas del Peru will have the Presidential aircraft as part of the capital investment.
