AFS EXPANDS FACE TO FACE REPRESENTATION IN AUSTRALIA/ NEW ZEALAND FOR ROTORCRAFT INLET BARRIER FILTER PRODUCT LINE

ST. LOUIS, Mo., October 11, 2010 – Aerospace Filtration Systems, Inc. (AFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI) and a division of the Aerospace & Defense group, continues to expand its strong face to face representation for its rotorcraft Inlet Barrier Filter (IBF) product line. Donaldson has teamed with Ian Winkworth and Wintech International to serve customers in the Oceania/Australia/New Zealand market.
“Our business development team has been built around individuals with years of experience in commercial and military rotorcraft operations worldwide,” said Michael Scimone, President of Donaldson’s St. Louis operation. “Their expertise allows us to best serve our customers and provide world class support for our Inlet Barrier Filter product line. Ian Winkworth is very well suited to assist existing and future customers in the busy Oceania market.”
Winkworth and Wintech provide sales and support for Donaldson’s commercial rotorcraft Inlet Barrier Filter systems, including IBFs for the popular AS350 series helicopters.
Donaldson provides certified IBF solutions for the following: AgustaWestland A119 Koala, AW119Ke and AW139; Bell 205A1, 206B, 407, 206L-3/4, 206L-1(C30), 429 and 430; Eurocopter EC130, AS350 B/BA/B1/B2/B3, AS350s with Soloy or Heli-Lynx Honeywell engine conversions; and MD Helicopters MD 369H Series, MD 500D/E/F and MD 900/902. IBF solutions for the AgustaWestland AW109 Power and Grand as well as the Bell 206L are currently in development.
