Embraer will be at FIDAE 2012, in Chile

São José dos Campos, March 20, 2012 – Embraer will participate at the 17th edition of the International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE 2012), from March 27 to April 1, at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport (SCL), in Santiago, Chile. The Company will be represented by executives from its Commercial Aviation, Executive Jets, and Defense and Security business areas, and will be located in stand B1/B2.

Embraer Defense and Security will hold two press conferences, on Tuesday, March 27, at 3:00 p.m., in room 4, and on Wednesday, March 28, at 10:00 a.m., in the same room.

Executive Jets will have the entry level Phenom 100 and light Phenom 300 executive aircraft on display in the static exhibit area, with the Phenom 300 making its first appearance at an event in Chile and will meet the press on March 27, in room 1, at 2:00 p.m.

FIDAE (www.fidae.cl) has been held in Santiago every two years, since 1980, with a focus on aerospace and defense solutions. Simultaneously to FIDAE, and at the same event venue, the VII Summit of Latin American and Caribbean Aviation Wings of Change symposium, organized by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), will be held, March 28 – 30.
