Important Beechcraft Announcement from CEO Bill Boisture

December 29, 2013

December 27, 2013

Dear Valued Supplier,

We wanted to share with you the news that Textron, one of the world’s best known multi-industry companies, has agreed to acquire Beechcraft.

This is an exciting milestone for both companies, and it represents an important step forward in the evolution of Beechcraft.  Textron presents Beechcraft with an ideal parent company, one with the resources to support us as we continue growing our business.

We expect this to be a seamless process and in the near term, it is business as usual.  Our current operations and our relationship with you are not affected by this announcement. It is clear from our conversations with Textron that they believe in the value we have created here at Beechcraft, and they respect the strength of our company, our brand and our team.  The brand we have built will remain after the transaction closes, and Textron plans to continue to grow the Beechcraft name and product offerings in years to come.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approval, and we expect the transaction to close sometime in the first half of 2014. As we work through the subsequent integration process, we will keep you informed about how Beechcraft and Textron will continue to work with you.  Until then, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your partnership and continued support.

Sincerely,

Bill Boisture
CEO

Menor actividad minera afectó ventas de Air Canada

December 17, 2013
