Colombia’s 2008 tourism season to be the best in several years

Travel agents and tour operators are reporting record reservations for the 2008 season. Hotels on the Caribbean coast, like Santa Marta, Cartagena and San Andres are practically sold out for the season according to Codelco, the Colombian Hotel Association.
