Lufthansa to strengthen its alliance with TAM

This month the Lufthansa subsidiary, Swiss, will suspend its service between Sao Paulo and Santiago, Chile which will be operated in a code share by Brazil’s “model airline” TAM. Swiss will continue to operate between Sao Paulo and Zurich. Lufthansa will add a B777 on its flights between Brazil and Munich. And TAM is getting prepared to join the Star Alliance.
