Continental Airlines is Official Airline of National Association of Hispanic Publications Annual Convention

HOUSTON, March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) is the Official Airline of the National Association of Hispanic Publications (NAHP) 2009 Annual Convention and Business Exposition to be held in McAllen, Texas, March 11-14.

“Continental is proud to continue its long-standing support of the NAHP, whose member publications so often are the connection between ‘homeland and new land’ for Latin Americans in the United States,” said John Slater, staff vice president, Latin America, Continental Airlines.

“The NAHP board of directors is extremely grateful to Continental Airlines for its continued support of our membership and our mutual goal of serving the Latino community,” said Clara Padilla Andrews, president, NAHP.

The sponsorship includes a Continental MeetingWorks discount agreement for NAHP members traveling to the NAHP Annual Convention and Business Exposition in McAllen.
