Chile and the Dominican Republic sign an Open Skies agreement

The agreement also calls for improving air connectivity and the freedom to increase flights between the two countries. The agreement was signed in Santiago earlier this month by the director of Civil Aviation of the D.R., Luis Rodriguez and the Chilean vice-minister of Foreign Affairs Juan Pablo Lira.
