Hamilton Sundstrand Signs Long-Term Spare Parts and Repair Agreement with ACTS

FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW, FARNBOROUGH, England, July 14
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United
Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has signed a long-term agreement to provide
ACT-Aero Technical Support and Services Inc. (ACTS) with exclusive spare
parts support and repair services, including shop support, on select
airframe and engine accessories.

Under the six-year agreement, Hamilton Sundstrand will supply aircraft
parts to support ACTS operations for all aircraft types, with an option to
extend the deal an additional two years. ACTS is a primary maintenance
provider for an expanding list of customer airlines.
