Brazil’s TAM is acquiring domestic Pantanal for $57.3 million

Brazil’s “model airline’ has agreed to pay $57.3 million to acquire domestic airline, Pantanal last week. Libano Barrosos. TAM’s CEO announced the planned acquisition which it plans to maintain as a domestic regional airline, and will renew the fleet with Embraer regional jets.
