DART Helicopter Services Unveils Sophisticated New Web Shop

Oceanside, Calif., Feb. 18, 2010  — DART Helicopter Services (DHS) today unveiled a web shop with a range of new features and benefits, including 24-hour online ordering for all helicopter parts and accessories. The shop is set up to provide users with customized recommendations for accessories, based on aircraft and product search results, and accommodates customer wish lists.

“Everyone at DART strives to improve the customer experience,” said DHS President and CEO Jeff Shapiro. “This state-of-the-art web shop builds on our goal to provide unprecedented customer care.”

Upon login, customers may easily navigate to parts and accessories specific to their aircraft. The shop provides detailed product information, product reviews and recommendations for complementary components. This is not intended to replace the special customer service already offered by DHS, however. Those who enjoy browsing through the product catalog may still download or request a copy via the website or by phone.

Earlier this year DHS launched a new web site to provide information and helpful resources such as trade show schedules, news, credit applications and details about shipment requirements. The site also showcases new products, allowing customers to become more familiar with the company’s wide variety of helicopter accessories.
